WOLI and Logos Scholarships

Students from Developed Countries

On this website, using video screens provided on our course pages, you may watch all of our Christian counseling training classes that were presented in our resident classroom program in 2007-2009 at Word of Life Counseling Training Institute at no cost to you. We realize that just because you live in a developed country where the average wage is higher does not mean that you currently have the funds available for the course of study you wish to pursue. Consequently, we have lowered our fees to an absolute minimum since we function as a non-profit ministry, not a for-profit corporation. For college degrees, we are constrained to follow the fees charged by Logos Christian College and Graduate School since they are the school that actually grants our degrees.

However, in order to accommodate our students within these constraints, we offer the following:

Certifications: When taking courses for certifications you may pay one paper ($20) or test ($10) at a time as you have the money available over whatever period of time is necessary to complete the certification. You may also reduce your supervision fees by having us review you session notes online rather than use a discussion format since you are paying for our time expended on your behalf.

Degrees: You can pay one course at a time or have Logos finance your entire program at a monthly amount over 18 or more months. You will be offered these options when your evaluation is returned after applying for a specific program through us to Logos.

Students from Developing or Majority World Countries

These scholarships are offered based on need to students from countries where the per capita income is below $5000 per year because we realize that even the small fees we charge are prohibitive for most members of these societies. We also realize that it is in these countries that salvation-based Christian counseling is most needed. Therefore, we offer scholarships up to 60% which is at or below our cost as a missionary outreach. Logos Educators Network also provides scholarships for their degree programs on a similar basis. The cost of the Bachelor's degree will depend on transfer credits, life experience, and Bible knowledge that may reduce the number of credits required. You must apply via E-mail to tdreiner@hotmail.com for these scholarships. You must pay $25 to enroll in LOGOS Christian College and Graduate School and a $25 graduation fee in order to receive your degree. (Without a scholarship this fee is $60 and $100.) We offer payment both by program or one course at a time. Please do not select and pay for one of the following options until you have E-mailed us and have been awarded a scholarship. The fees cited do not include shipping.
